Ambassador Dr. Kimberly Grant-Bynoe is a 3X Award-Winning Economic Developer, Creative, Innovator, Thought Leader, International Speaker, Business Strategist & Innovation Coach.

 

Ambassador Dr. Kimberly Grant-Bynoe has served in the nonprofit sector for over 23+ years as the Executive Director for the International Dream Team Christian Association, Inc. (IDTCA).

 

IDTCA is a 501(c)3 tax exempt faith-based community economic development organization located in Atlanta, Georgia. Our vision is transforming lives, building dreams and changing communities one business at a time.

 

The organization was founded in 2001 by visionary leader, business woman, social entrepreneur and philanthropist Ambassador DrKGB. Through the acts of charitable giving this was her way of giving back to assist underserved and disadvantage minority communities in small business development, economic empowerment and financial literacy education.  

 

Since youth her desire has been to overcome poverty by fulfilling her dreams of entrepreneurship. 

 

Her career began after graduating High School and obtaining her first employment opportunity on Wall Street in the Financial District working as an Executive Assistant for high profile C-Suite Executives. She worked at Fortune 500 Companies such as Merrill Lynch, Shearson Lehman Brothers and American Express to name a few. There she was introduced to the financial industry.

 

After years of working in Corporate America Kimberly was later called to leave her job to begin her first ministry assignment as a full time stay at home mom in raising her two children. This was very rewarding but also financially challenging time in her life. This is where she discovered her purpose through the life of Joseph and answered her ministry call leaving the workplace pursuing her dreams of entrepreneurship with a dollar and a big dream.
